About Me
I bring 18 years of quality management experience and 3 years of full-stack development experience, spanning front-end and back-end engineering as well as hardware design. Over the past 5 years, I have focused on factory digital transformation and AI-powered visual inspection solutions, leading the development and deployment of multiple in-house products, including a Welding Data Analytics Platform, an AI terminology translation database, a product configuration and circuit lookup system, and VisionQC visual AI inspection software. Provides instant Android barcode lookup for circuit and KIT information, centralized web-based data and email management, and high availability through primary and backup nodes. The complete stack, from PCB design and 3D-printed enclosure to YOLO model training and embedded deployment, is independently developed.
TapingChecker Weld Splice Taping Inspection Module
A weld joint taping inspection solution developed to overcome closed ultrasonic equipment interfaces. PLC and color-sensor interlocking provides full process-step control, and the product has been exported to multiple countries in Europe and Africa.
