An intelligent production scheduling system that automatically adjusts daily production plans based on customer orders, inventory, delivery lead times, and output efficiency. It supports multi-constraint optimization for efficient coordination between logistics and production.
Generates an optimized production schedule in seconds using genetic algorithms or heuristic rules.
Incorporates order changes or production-line disruptions in real time, then automatically recalculates and updates the schedule.
Coordinates raw-material and finished-goods inventory to prevent production interruptions and excess stock.
Users can select a folder to load calibration reports in batches. After selecting "Recognize All," the system extracts values from each report and cleans the data to retain key information such as the report number, measuring instrument name and ID, calibration date, and company address.
Select "Local Validation" to check whether report numbers match across pages, calibration and release dates are consistent, and higher-grade measuring instruments remain within their validity periods. Select "Online Validation" to connect to the H3 BPM platform for deeper report verification: exact matches appear in green, suspected issues in yellow, data errors in red, and instruments missing from the cloud in dark red.
Calibration reports are provided by calibration laboratories but often contain information errors. Manual review is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and insufficient to ensure report accuracy. PPMS uses PDF data parsing and automated comparison to verify calibration reports efficiently and accurately.
